|Recommended: YesGood Rooms, Limited Parking — The rooms are more spacious than you would expect and the prices are reasonable. The staff is quick to fix problems as they occur. The price conveniently includes all utilities except cable. Though, there is very limited on property parking, many cars choose to park in the alley next to the building or in metered spaces on 4th Street. Metered parking is free between the hours of 5pm and 8am, but requires you to move your car early in the morning.

|Recommended: YesGood Location, Updated Appliances, Lots of Room — I am a single female here for work, and this is the perfect apartment. I feel safe even in the middle of downtown, you can walk to the grocery store right across the street and you are only a few blocks away from shopping and food. there is an elevator for easy move in and groceries No carpet which i think is a positive lots of room so you don't feel cramped, updated appliances however missing a microwave in unit and plenty of storage. The only negative I've seen is the shower, even though i am not a picky person, I am tall and the shower is just very small and no bathtub. water also gets everywhere every time Otherwise, couldn't be happier
|Recommended: YesExtremely Grateful For Finding The Villas — I am here on deployment 900 miles from home. I called Courtney on a Saturday while shopping for temporary housing outside of a hotel. I received nothing short of excellence in the commencement. I shared my urgent need to secure housing she was accommodating in every sense. There was a waiting list, but Courtney stayed in constant communications with me and got me moved in before the original date. The entire process was expeditious and effortless
I have had a few issues arise after business hours and there hasn’t been any complaints with addressing them. Brain- maintenance has been just as accommodating as Courtney
I have shared the spacious, clean, modern contemporary style complex with my collogues. We are growing by the numbers here at the Villas and that speaks volumes Thanks for making us folks here working feel at home Keep up the great work Courtney.

|Recommended: YesPerfect location — If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained place to live, check with the manager here. Perfect for those working downtown or here for a short time. Wish I would have checked it out sooner.
